Applicants need to get their nursing educational qualifications recognized in Germany.

The corresponding authority in Germany will check your nursing qualification is equivalent to German qualifications.

If the qualification is not equivalent, nurses have to go through an adaptation period to prove an equivalent level of knowledge.
